Collection Specialist

The Collection Recovery Specialist is responsible for the recovery or resolution of collateralized commercial accounts including construction and transportation equipment.  Duties include maintaining proper notes, skip-tracing, collections, account organization and maintaining proper documentation.  Accounts must be monitored in order to provide clear and accurate action recommendations to the client.

 The ideal candidate will be a self motivated people person with the ability to think quickly on their feet.  Prior collections experience is not required but preferred as well as excellent computer and communication skills.  Able to handle stressful situations.

Minimum salary:   $500 bi-weekly + flat fee commission

Flexible hours and weekends.  Full-time.
