Develops and implements strategic sales and marketing objectives
focused on increasing existing business and developing new
business. Strategic planning and the ability to successfully work
with the sales team toward the fulfillment of company goals are
essential. The position is responsible for meeting expectations
with sales goals, budgets and measurements of sales' performance to
drive revenue growth. Directly works with a focus on customer and
strategic partner team building. Active "hands on" business
developer and true strategic partner to the NSD VP, BD. Relies on
experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Requires a
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of sales and marketing
experience in the Financial services arena.

Education and Skill
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Development |

5+years experience directly related to sales and marketing
within the Financial Services Industry |

Excellent presentation and Customer Service oriented
skills |

Able to Travel |

Strong Sales and Sales support skills |

Excellent PC skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft
office products |
